Appointments: The studio requires appointments
so you will not have to wait and to maintain quality of service
2. Planning: Our staff will help you plan and
make the portrait session enjoyable for everyone involved! At
the consultation, you will look at styles, locations, backgrounds,
poses and props that will bring out your personality.
3. Photography: Camera Studies must be paid in
full when session is scheduled (usually at the time of the consultation).
Session fees are refunded with 24 hours notice. No other individuals
are permitted to photograph during the portrait session. Additional
charges may be incurred as a result of additional time and images
required or requested at the portrait session.
4. Previewing your Portraits: You will usually
see your previews within one week. We show your portraits to you
in a slide show presentation, which allows us to project your
images onto a large screen. The portraits are presented in color
or black and white, cropped and also in different sizes. Your
selected favorites will be printed for you while you wait. A preview
deposit is required and applied toward your order.
5. Website: Share your images with friends and
family on Lewisburg Studio’s secure website! Each images
is separately numbered to make ordering easy. Just make sure everyone
knows your password!
6. Preview Deposits: Deposits are required to
take portraits from the studio. Deposits will vary depending on
the type of camera study, with a minimum of $100. This deposit
will go directly toward you order, and is refundable if the previews
are returned within two (2) weeks. The previews remain the property
of Lewisburg Studio and they may be purchased. Unreturned previews
are subject to immediate charges of the full preview prices.
7. Ordering: Orders must be placed within two
(2) weeks after receiving the previews.

We require payment in full at time of order OR 50% payment of
total order at time of order, with a credit card number to be
placed on file so that the remaining balance may be automatically
applied upon completion of your order

Delinquent orders are subject to immediate charges for the unreturned
previews.
8. Finished Portraits: Your order will be completed
within 4-6 from your order appointment. You will be called when
your order is completed and ready for pick up.
Pick up appointments are required to guarantee quality
of service. Finished orders not picked up within 30 days
of notification will be assessed a service charge and automatically
billed.
9. Shipping & Handling: Charges will be applied
to all orders delivered.
10. Guarantee: Lewisburg Studio guarantees your
satisfaction, simply because we care. All of our professionally
finished portraits are guaranteed for a lifetime, provided that
they have been cared for properly. (Naturally, we cannot replace
any photographs that have been damaged by direct sunlight, careless
handling or placed directly under glass).
11. Copyright: It is ILLEGAL to
copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the Studio’s
permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to
its civil and criminal penalties.
The "Lewisburg Studio" name will appear on all portraits leaving the studio.
